Editorial / Copywriting / Communications
As editor and writer at Amsterdam-based creative agency Glamcult Studio, I got to work on many cultural projects and with brands. Clients included Ace & Tate, ASICS, Bonne Suits, Levi's®, Clarks, Diesel, Dr.Martens, Converse, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Museum Arnhem & Bas Kosters; I Want it To Be Soft, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen & Han Nefkens – The Future of Fashion is Now, and more.
Check out a few project examples below.
Levi's® x Men at Work: We Are 501
Brand in-store activation and editorial, 2014
'Endless stories, one original.' This brand project was a collaboration with Levi’s to promote their 501® collection at Men at Work stores in the Netherlands, and through editorial content. It featured stories from those who wear the jeans best, and also invited every 501-lover to share their denim story. I wrote and edited copy across the project and helped with styling the in-store photocall—including bleach-dyeing a big denim backdrop by hand!
Converse: Today is the First Day of the Rest of the Year
Brand activation and editorial, 2014
For this brand activation, Glamcult designed a tear-off calendar to inspire all to live each day to the fullest—starting today! I was involved with this collaboration from concept to finish and helped select featured creatives from Glamcult’s network, and edit their inspiring prompts from interview questions. The calendar was made available in selected Converse stores.

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen x Han Nefkens: The Future of Fashion is Now
Website copy and editorial, 2016
The Future of Fashion is Now is an initiative of Han Nefkens, which aims to connect and celebrate young fashion designers/artists, and work towards defining a new system of fashion. In 2016, Hans Nefkens launched an event platform and exhibition in collaboration with Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, which later travelled to Shenzhen, China. Glamcult worked on the exhibition campaign, designed a book, and launched a website—for which, I wrote and edited the copy across the site, and worked on a collection of editorials and interviews with showcasing designers.
